THE GIFT OF LOVE

I thank the lord

for giving us such

a lovely treasure.

 

I was so happy

and proud to have

a daughter (I always

wanted one).

 

I was so relieved that my wife can now relax after more than 36 hours of painful labour. But i believe it was all worth the wait, and worth the pain.

 

As a father, It was a joyous experience to hold that little soul in my hand and whisper to her ears “I am your Dad, love”

 

Now my only one turns one. Twelve months down the road of fatherhood, I am so lucky and blessed to have her as my child.

 

She never fails to put a smile on my face, she always lightens up the place.

 

I will forever be grateful to god and my lovely wife for giving us a lovely princess.
